QHotels’ Bridgewood Manor is sporting a definite spring in its step following this year’s Kent Invicta Chamber Business Awards, where the Chatham based hotel was named a finalist in the category of ‘Excellence in Customer Service’.
The Chamber Business Awards, now in their 4th year, look to celebrate business excellence in the region and are widely recognised as one of the most prestigious business awards in the county.
QHotels’ Bridgewood Manor, part of the AA Hotel Group of the Year 2008/09, were credited for their first class customer service and their one of a kind approach to customer satisfaction at the awards ceremony which took place at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge, on Wednesday 25th March.
