Businesses, meeting and event organisers across the South East can now take advantage of the newly-refurbished Darwin Suite, one of the most flexible meeting and function suites in the region. With its moveable sound-proofed walls, the suite is available as one large meeting area (400 sq metres) for up to 300 delegates or as three smaller suites for up to 100 delegates.
Situated on the University of Kent’s stunning Canterbury campus, the Darwin Suite is now available all year round. It is already proving a popular venue for dinner/dances for up to 200 guests. The extensive free parking on the site, only minutes from the city centre, is a great advantage, particularly for large events.
Fully-inclusive day delegate rates start from only £41.50 per person and the University can offer a wide range of menus to suit all budgets.
As you would expect from a leading University, first-class audio visual equipment is included in the price as well as technical support for each event .
Kent Hospitality has also newly introduced for 2009 a web-based event management service to save event organisers valuable time – for example the system can handle everything from on-line delegate registration and payments to identity card design and production.
